Comprehensive Burner Service Plan

At Interstate Oil & Energy, our comprehensive heating service plan ensures that your burner runs properly during the most critical time of year. It’s also designed to be affordable; our plan includes an annual tune-up and parts replacement for just pennies per day.

We also offer burner service and tune-ups on a per-call basis.


Deluxe Burner Service Agreement

Annual Tune-Up

Includes labor and parts listed that are used while performing our 14-step annual heating system tune-up:

  • Clean heat exchanger and combustion chamber
  • Replace standard air filter
  • Check flue pipe
  • Check ignition system
  • Clean nozzle assembly and replace oil burner nozzle
  • Adjust draft regulator
  • Change oil filter cartridge
  • Inspect oil lines and connections
  • Clean and adjust electrodes and combustion fan
  • Lubricate all motors
  • Check and if necessary, adjust pressure on oil burner pump
  • Check safety timing on primary control
  • Check and flush low water cut-off
  • Adjust and set all heating controls

No charge for the repair or replacement of the following parts (including all labor charges) when they become defective due to normal wear and use:

Includes emergency service labor supplied outside normal working hours (nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

  • Service must be performed on parts listed above.
  • Service must be of an emergency nature. AN EMERGENCY IS DEFINED AS HAVING NO HEAT AS A RESULT OF A MALFUNCTION OF THE HEATING SYSTEM.
